PCS received a subcontract to support the CSC’s IRS CADE Program to develop the CADE modernized applications and the associated CADE interfaces to replace the IRS’s Current Processing environment (CPE) and Individual Master File (IMF). PCS will provide Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design and Physical Design for various components of the CADE system.

Lockheed Martin extended the PCS contract to provide systems engineering, systems architecture and software development on the FAA’s En Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) program. PCS will be supporting the deployment of the new ERAM system at various En-Route Air Traffic Control centers (ARTCCs) including Denver, Fort-Worth Dallas, and Seattle.

It will involve modeling the business processes, services and data in a service oriented architecture (SOA) and business rules driven environment. PCS will also provide process models, business requirements, Use Cases, and System Services Utilizing WebSphere Business Modeler (WBM), Requisite Pro and Rational Software Architect (RSA).

PCS received a subcontract to support SAIC on the IRS’s RADM project to support ACA program. PCS will analyze program level business requirements data in central data repository (CDR) and develop the business requirements and business rules in the Customer Service area of the ACA program. The project requires managing the requirements in Rational RequisitePro and report templates in Business Objects.

PCS successfully delivered its RADM project on time which included the development of the Business Requirements, User Stories and Business Rules for the Outlook and Education area of the IRS’s ACA program. The delivery was accepted by ACA Business team, Central Data Repository (CDR) team and other stakeholders.

PCS received a subcontract to support IBM on the IRS’s Affordable Health Care ACT (ACA) program. IBM is focused on the IRS’s role in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and what the IRS is doing to ensure that taxpayers ACA Information Returns are processed correctly and timely by the IRS ACA systems. PCS will follow the agile methodologies set up by IBM and will work with System Architecture, Solution Engineering and Data Base Development Teams to develop the functional and non-functional requirements for CDR. PCS will analyze program level business requirements and system interfaces for the Central Data Repository (CDR) and work with Solution Architecture, and Database Development and ETL Teams to develop the functional and non-functional requirements for CDR. PCS will also interact with various Application Systems teams that interface with CDR to ensure that the database schema supports the data needs of those Application Systems. PCS will follow IBM’s iterative development approach and participate in the Scrum meetings and develop artifacts for each Sprint. The project requires storing and managing the requirements in Rational Requisite-Pro and maintaining the use case, user stories and traceability information using the IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) tool.

PCS will follow IBM’s iterative development approach and participate in the Scrum meetings and develop artifacts for each development Sprint. The project requires storing and managing the requirements in Rational RequisitePro and maintaining the use case, user stories and traceability information using the IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) tool.
